EX5 · Financial technology · Investor overview

A financial technology company that is live today, with its own AI datacenter next.

EX5 designs, builds and runs its own financial technology: a crypto exchange with native apps, a wallet, a merchant payments gateway, and the custody and risk systems underneath them. On the same foundation we run a cloud platform and a GPU marketplace for AI. The next stage adds owned AI compute that grows from the ecosystem's own income.

LiveEvery statement on this page is labelled live, in development or planned. Numbers are counts we measured on the date in the footer. We do not report volume.

01Where we are

The building phase is done. Now we scale.

EX5 is a financial technology company, founded in Warsaw in August 2024. Since then we have shipped the exchange and its mobile apps, the systems that keep customer funds safe, and four more products on the same base. The heavy engineering is behind us. What comes next is reach and compute.

  • LiveThe exchange and its native iPhone and Android apps are in production.App Store 6743437384 · Google Play com.ex5.exchange
  • LiveLaunchpad, our token sale platform, runs on the exchange.
  • LiveEX5 Wallet has its own brand and domain, and a signed desktop app for macOS.
  • LiveEX5PAY is open to merchants with checkout, payment links and an API.
  • LiveEX5 AI sells GPU time and model access from one prepaid balance.
  • LiveOur own AI model, EX5-Security 27B, was trained in-house and runs on our own GPUs.

02The ecosystem

Six products. One foundation.

Each product has its own brand and its own front door. Behind them sits one shared foundation for custody, identity, risk control and operations. A new product reuses what is already proven, so every launch costs less than the one before and starts with users the others already have.

  • LiveOne custody layer secures funds for the exchange, the wallet and EX5PAY across 9 blockchain integrations.
  • LiveOne identity layer handles sign-up and verification, with two verification providers behind it so no single vendor can stop onboarding.
  • LiveOne operations platform runs every product, from customer support to treasury.
  • LiveAn independent monitor checks the company's records against the blockchain around the clock.
  • PlannedThe AI datacenter will add owned compute to the same foundation.

We do not present order-book activity as proof of demand. Order-book depth is an engineering result of our own market-making technology, described in the market depth section.

04EX5 Wallet

The simplest way into the ecosystem.

EX5 Wallet lets anyone hold and send the coins people use every day, with only an e-mail address to start. It works on phones and as a native desktop application, and it shares its security core with the exchange.

  • LiveSign up with an e-mail, protect the account with a PIN or Face ID, and manage devices and sessions from the app.
  • Live5 widely used coins: Bitcoin, Ether, Tether on two networks, USD Coin and TRON.
  • LiveAddress Shield checks every destination and warns before money goes somewhere it should not.
  • LiveA native macOS app, signed and notarized by Apple, available from ex5wallet.com.
  • Liveex5wallet.com is available in 7 languages, Arabic included.
  • In developmentThe redesigned mobile app is finished and being prepared for the App Store and Google Play.

Most wallets ship their desktop version as a website inside a wrapper. Ours is a native application that runs on the same engine as the mobile app.

05EX5PAY

Crypto payments for merchants, with one integration.

EX5PAY lets online businesses accept stablecoins through a hosted checkout, payment links or an API. Payments settle to the merchant's balance as soon as the network confirms them, on the same custody infrastructure that protects the exchange.

  • LiveHosted checkout and payment links that need no code.
  • LiveA REST API with signed notifications and a sandbox for developers.
  • LiveTether and USD Coin on TRON and Ethereum, plus TRX and ETH.
  • LiveA flat 0.4% fee per payment and no chargebacks.Pricing as published on ex5pay.com

06EX5 Cloud

Our own cloud platform for virtual servers.

EX5 Cloud works the way Hetzner Cloud or DigitalOcean do. Create a virtual server, pick its size and operating system, open a console in the browser, and manage networks, firewalls, snapshots and backups from one panel. Today it runs EX5's own infrastructure; the same platform can be offered to outside customers.

  • LiveCreate, resize, rebuild, clone and delete servers from a web panel.
  • LiveSnapshots, scheduled backups and restore to a fresh server in one step.
  • LiveA browser console for every server, both text and full graphical, Windows included.
  • LiveFirewalls, private networks between servers and public address management.
  • LiveAn SSH key vault, folders for large fleets and team access by role.
  • LiveEvery change to a production server needs a second approval confirmed with two-factor authentication.
  • PlannedOpening the platform to outside customers, with billing.

07EX5 AI

A marketplace for GPUs, the heart of every AI system.

Every AI product, from a chatbot to a research lab's newest model, runs on GPUs, and GPU time is one of the most sought-after resources in technology today. EX5 AI makes it simple to buy: compare available GPUs, rent them by the hour, call models through one API and train your own, all from a single prepaid balance.

  • LiveA GPU marketplace with live offers, from gaming cards to data-center accelerators, rented by the hour.
  • LiveOne model API in the OpenAI format, so existing applications switch with a one-line change.
  • LiveEX5-Security 27B, our own model, trained in-house for cybersecurity work and served from our own GPUs.
  • LiveA chat workspace at chat.ex5.ai for teams that just want answers.
  • LiveOne prepaid balance for everything, topped up by card.
  • In developmentEX5CI, our daily GPU price index, tracks what compute costs across the market. It has 11 daily closes so far and goes public at 30.
  • In developmentA coding assistant for the terminal, and model training as a service for customers.
  • PlannedA host network, so GPU owners can list their machines on the marketplace.

EX5 AI trades under its own name and never mentions crypto, so it can sell to companies that would never open an exchange account.

08EX5 AI services

What EX5 AI sells, today and with its own datacenter.

A GPU marketplace is the starting point, not the whole business. On top of the same compute we sell models, training and tools, and owned hardware widens each of these lines. Every service below is marked with where it stands.

  • Live GPU rental by the hour Compare live offers and rent anything from gaming cards to data-center accelerators. Owned capacity joins the marketplace with the datacenter.
  • Live Model API Language models through one API in the OpenAI format, billed per token from the prepaid balance.
  • Live Our own models EX5-Security 27B, trained in-house for cybersecurity work, is the first. More models for specific industries follow on our own hardware.
  • Live Chat workspace chat.ex5.ai for teams that want answers without writing code.
  • In development Model training for customers Companies bring their data; we train a model for them and host it.
  • In development Coding assistant An AI assistant that works in the developer's terminal, on the same balance.
  • In development Compute price index EX5CI, a daily index of what GPU time costs across the market, as a public reference.
  • Planned Dedicated model hosting A customer's model on GPUs reserved for them, billed by the hour. This is where owned hardware earns its margin.
  • Planned AI tools Speech and translation, image and language tools, paid with credits and with $EX5 staking allowances.
  • Planned Partner model APIs Third-party models offered through the same API and balance.
  • Planned GPU host network Owners of GPUs list their machines on the marketplace and earn from them.
  • Planned Programs for non-profits A share of capacity reserved for non-profit work and free tools.
Service lines and their status.
09EX5 AI DatacenterPlanned

Compute that pays for its own growth.

Today EX5 AI buys GPU time on the open market and resells it. The next step is to own the machines. Owned GPUs earn every hour they work, and a fixed share of the exchange's fees goes into buying more of them, so capacity keeps growing without new money having to come in each time.

  • LiveThe first piece already runs: EX5-Security 27B is served from our own GPU hardware.
  • PlannedThe token sale funds the first build-out: the GPUs, the datacenter setup and the marketplace.
  • PlannedAfter launch, a quarter of the exchange's trading fees is reinvested in GPUs and datacenter capacity, without issuing a single new token.
  • PlannedThe cluster's time is shared between paid GPU rentals, dedicated model hosting for companies, EX5 AI tools paid with credits, and training our own models.
  • PlannedEvery model we train makes the platform more valuable, and every hour it sells helps pay for the next GPU.
  • PlannedEvery GPU and server purchase will be published with its invoice, and the cluster's load, power and uptime will be shown on a public status page.
  • In developmentEX5CI gives each purchase a yardstick: we know every day what the same capacity would cost to rent.
  • PlannedCapacity grows in stages, from workstation-class nodes to data-center accelerators as income and investment allow.

10$EX5 tokenPlanned

The token that links the exchange to the datacenter.

$EX5 is designed as the utility token of the ecosystem. Its supply is fixed. Exchange fees buy it back and burn it, and the same fees buy GPUs for the datacenter. Holders get lower fees, launchpad access and credits for AI and GPU time. The whitepaper is published; the token has not been issued.

  • LiveWhitepaper v1.0 is published.
  • PlannedSupply is fixed at 500,000,000 $EX5, with no way to create more.
  • Planned250M for the burn reserve, 125M for the token sale and 125M for ecosystem growth.
  • PlannedA quarter of trading fees buys $EX5 back and burns it. Another quarter buys GPUs.
  • PlannedHolders get fee discounts and VIP tiers on the exchange, launchpad access, and credits for EX5 AI and GPU time.
  • PlannedStaking tiers called Node, Cluster and Datacenter unlock monthly AI credits, and credits burn $EX5 when they are used.
  • PlannedPlanned as an ERC-20 token. Contract and sale date to be announced.

11How it fits together

Each product makes the next one stronger.

Someone who arrives through one product can use all the others, and every product adds to the same income base. Solid links in the loop below run today. Dashed ones arrive with the datacenter and the token.

  • LiveEducation and market pages bring in readers, who open accounts on the exchange or the wallet.
  • LiveThe exchange, the wallet and EX5PAY share one custody core, so each new product starts with proven security.
  • LiveOne operations team runs every product from the same platform.
  • PlannedExchange fees fund GPUs, the datacenter earns from them, and its income buys more.
  • Planned$EX5 gives users of every product a reason to stay inside the ecosystem.
Solid: running today. Dashed: arrives with the datacenter and the token.
12Operations and security

Run by one team, from one platform.

Exchanges are won or lost on work customers never see: verifying identities, approving withdrawals, answering support and acting quickly when something looks wrong. EX5 runs all of it from its own operations platform, built in-house and shared by every product in the group.

  • LiveOne in-house platform for verification, finance, trading, support and system health.
  • LiveAccess by role, with every action recorded.
  • LiveIdentity checks through two providers, with every decision kept on record.
  • LiveMonitoring and alerts around the clock.
  • LiveTwo-factor authentication on every internal tool that touches funds.
  • LiveNightly off-site backups and a tested plan for rebuilding on new hardware.
  • Live1,000+ automated tests across the codebase.
13Market depth

Deep order books from day one, without tying up capital.

A new exchange usually has to park a large amount of its own money to fill its order books. EX5 built its own market-making technology instead: customers trade at real, executable prices that track the global market, and the company keeps its capital free for growth.

  • Live43 markets kept close to global prices around the clock.
  • LiveRisk on customer trades is managed automatically, day and night.
  • LiveOne-click controls and independent checks protect every outgoing transfer.
  • In developmentMore price sources, for wider coverage and redundancy.

We show order-book depth as an engineering result, not as a measure of demand.

14Custody and reserves

Every balance checked against the blockchain.

Customer funds are only as safe as the records that track them. EX5 compares its books with the blockchain continuously and raises an alert the moment the two disagree.

  • LiveCustody across 6 blockchain families: Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON, Solana, XRP and Dogecoin.
  • LiveReserves are read straight from the blockchain and reconciled with the books.
  • LiveWhen a check cannot be completed, it is reported as unknown, never as fine.
  • LiveTwo-factor authentication on every custody tool.
  • LiveKeys are stored encrypted and kept apart from the applications that use them.
15Organic growth

An audience we own, in 7 languages.

Paid acquisition is expensive in crypto. EX5 built its own channel instead: an academy, a page for every listed asset and local buying guides, published from our own content platform and written to be found by search engines and AI assistants.

  • LiveEX5 Academy has 192 published articles, including 157 glossary entries.
  • Live44 market pages, one for each listed asset.
  • LiveCity guides on buying crypto locally, starting with Spain.
  • LiveOur own content platform, with 14 content types in 7 languages.
  • LiveSearch engines and AI assistants are welcome to read everything, and a daily check catches anything that breaks.

17Investment

What investment accelerates.

The platform is built and running. Investment decides how quickly it reaches scale, and it goes where it has the most effect. Amounts and terms are for the meeting.

  1. 01 The AI datacenter Start the cluster with data-center GPUs instead of a handful of workstation nodes. The reinvestment loop then compounds from a much larger base.
  2. 02 Distribution Marketing, partnerships and new languages, Arabic first, so the products reach the people they were built for.
  3. 03 Market depth Working inventory for the market-making engine, so more markets can be quoted with deeper order books.
  4. 04 Launches EX5 Wallet in the app stores, the Windows app, Convert and Earn, Bitcoin on EX5PAY and EX5 Cloud for outside customers.
  5. 05 Assurance Independent security audits, a smart-contract audit before the token is issued, and a standby data site.
  6. 06 Market access Legal groundwork and licensing in the markets we choose to enter.
Where capital goes first.

This list reflects our priorities. The order and the amounts are agreed with investors.
